Raised in Flushing, Queens, educated at NYIT with a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Hospitality Business Management, and an Astoria resident. I know NYC like the back of my hand and I love it here.
I have deep roots in NYC going back more than a century with my mother’s side immigrating from Italy in 1880 to the East Village and my father’s side immigrating from Greece in 1970 to Astoria.
I’m very passionate about real estate and I love being able to help with one of your biggest financial assets in all aspects of real estate. Whether that is looking for that perfect new home, apartment, or business development. I always put the client's needs first, and only want the best for them. I will do everything in my power to get the deal done in the best interest of my clients and treat my clients like family.
Amorelli Realty, founded in 1978, in Astoria Queens is a 3rd generation family-owned boutique brokerage in Astoria, Queens. Amorelli means “lovelies” or “a little bit of love” in Italian and it shows at Amorelli Realty. Owned and led by brothers Paul and Jim Halvatzis, grandmasters of the real estate business for over 40+ years and experts of Astoria; Amorelli Realty has recently been involved in over 30+ million dollars in condo sales and new development, and Amorelli Realty has sold more homes than any other brokerage in Astoria
I was recruited at Amorelli Realty by my friends Nick Halvatzis, Dillon Depinto, and Joe Vaccaro whom I grew up with in Queens from high school and I love working with them. We are constantly challenging each other to be better real estate professionals and share all of our experiences, insights, and challenges.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family, and friends. I love exploring everything the city and tri-state has to offer such as conquering my endless NYC foodie bucket list, exploring the northeast’s extensive national parks, hiking, and snowboarding. As well as boating on Long Island or New Jersey, and relaxing out in the country on the East End. (We really have it all a stone's throw away in NYC).
I’m also a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Astoria/LIC, with the mission of "serving the children of the world, one community, and one child at a time.” I’m also a certified first responder and ambulance driver with the Whitestone Community Volunteer Ambulance Service.
